Jeff Theimer/ President 

As President of The Theimer Group, Jeff Theimer brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic insight to the real estate industry. His career began in the bustling world of entertainment at CBS Radio (KROQ- Los Angeles), where he honed his skills in event creation and marketing, orchestrating numerous high-profile concerts and events throughout California.

In 2010, Theimer joined HPJ Media, where he helped establish a digital sales & marketing strategy for publications located in various luxury resort areas throughout the West, including Vail/Beaver Creek, Sun Valley, Park City and Santa Fe.

In January 2017 Theimer joined Axiom Advisors, where he facilitated growth for the company’s diverse public affairs clientele.

Jeff works closely with investors, property owners and hospitality industry professionals throughout California to create special experiences and spaces. 

Jeff sits on the Santa Barbara Bowl Education Outreach committee and is involved with various music, environmental and preservation non profit organizations. He currently lives in Carpinteria, CA with his wife Stephanie and their sons Jack and West.

Jack Theimer 
 

For over 40 years, Jack Theimer has acquired, developed, and marketed successful initiatives in real estate, venture projects, and community service. Throughout his professional career, Jack has demonstrated his ability to identify upscale high-margin development opportunities and to envision, acquire, develop and market them. His creativity, political acumen, and management have served to grow his portfolio to include profitable projects in some of the finest locations nationwide.

 

Mr. Theimer’s community involvement includes having served as co-chairman of the California State Preservation Conference, director of the Santa Barbara Community Environmental Council, trustee of the Santa Barbara Trust for Historic Preservation, former chairman and co-founder of the Good Night Foundation, founding member of the Clinton Global Initiative, and presidential appointee to the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial Commission. Mr. Theimer earned his BA and JD degrees from the University of Oklahoma, where he won five Big Eight Conference tennis championships. Jack is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and resides in Santa Barbara, California.

Stephanie Theimer

Raised in Hermosa Beach and born to French parents, Stephanie has spent her life traveling between Southern California and the South of France. This unique upbringing coupled with her studies in Art History and Fine Art at the University of California at Santa Barbara has shaped her eye for classic European style—with a twist.

She began her professional life in Los Angeles working with legendary media and entertainment companies including Activision, The Warner Music Group and Red Bull Media House. Later, she had the opportunity to move up the coast where she married her now husband, Jeff Theimer.

Since then, Stephanie has immersed herself in the blended architecture and unique environment of the American Riviera. Stephanie believes it's the perfect place to take the creativity, passion, and persistence she gained in the media and music industries, and apply it to real estate.

Stephanie balances her career by helping raise her son, Jack Saint Theimer, and finding time to pursue her hobbies, which include painting, discovering new music, enjoying the outdoors and socializing with good friends over a nice glass of Central Coast wine.
